This is a Benevolent Fund by our members to help with finances for those members who cannot afford the cost of attending our Convention.

Funds will be available on a need basis to any WBQA member who may need some help with the cost associated with attending our annual convention. The number of members that we are able to help depends on the number of donations to this fund. It is intended to pay for up to 50% of the cost of attending.

To qualify for assistance, a WBQA member in good standing must:

1. Fill out an application form and submit to the VP Membership in confidence for review
2. Pay for all travel associated with the trip.
3. No money will be paid in advance
4. Money for hotel and convention registration will be paid directly by the fund to the hotel.
5. Any funds let over will be held and used for future events.
6. Donations are tax deductible.
