WHAT: Our Third Annual Gathering - even better and bigger than the first one!!! You don't want to miss this momentous occasion!

WHERE: Hilton Hotel at the San Antonio, TX Airport (SAT). It is just two miles from the airport. The hotel offers free transportation to and from the airport. They will also provide free transportation to and from any destination within a three mile radius of the hotel.

WHEN: Thursday, January 20th, 2022 - Sunday, January 23rd, 2022 And you can add extra dates, if you want to arrive early and/or stay late.

WHY: Because you are a Man of Good Character who Loves to Sing in a Quartet!!!

HOW: You have two steps to complete the process:

1. Submit your Registration for the Event here.
2. Book a Room at the Hilton (MUST BE DONE BY DECEMBER 20th)

The whole purpose of this weekend is to gather and sing and enjoy each other's company. Here are some details included with your Registration: 

There will be a banquet followed by some very special entertainment on Saturday night. The menu will be the Hilton’s Supreme Dinner Menu:

• Fresh mixed greens, cherry tomato, cucumbers, goat cheese,
• balsamic vinaigrette
• Sea salt and thyme fresh salmon, yellow tomato coulis
• Rotisserie style chicken
• Chef Carved roasted prime rib au jus, creamy horseradish, dinner rolls
• Yukon gold mashed potatoes
• Glazed baby carrots
• Sautéed green beans amandine, bacon
• Flourless chocolate torte

After the Special Entertainment, the rest of the night will be spent enjoying many old songs with many of your old friends, and a whole bunch of new singing friends. 

A reserved meeting room will be available to us during our entire stay. Our breakfasts and the banquet will be served in our own meeting room.

On Friday afternoon, the Hilton is hosting a two hour cocktail and hors d’oeuvres party just for us. That should get everyone ready for a night of song.

The pre-registration fee for the convention is $100. This will include the cost of the Friday night banquet, free serve-yourself beer for the entire weekend, registration materials and registration personnel. Additionally, your breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings and any societal incidental expenses are included.

An endless keg of beer will be available for you to serve yourself in our meeting room.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests will not be able to attend Society events such as the Banquet.  However, they are welcome to come and enjoy the area.  We are looking into planning events for them while you are in meetings or enjoying singing.  Stay tuned for more information.  

As a guest, they do not need to register with SPPBSQSUS.  However, you will need to add them to your hotel reservation.
