About The Event
Hotel rooms MUST be booked by November 15th, 2019
We have a contract with the Hilton that provides for a free meeting rooms and all the other concessions mentioned above ONLY, IF WE MEET CERTAIN ROOM RESERVATION TARGETS. If we fail to meet those targets, we forfeit a bundle of money----and the entire contract is dead.
Dead means no gathering!!!
